Description: Details of job postings that are determined to be hard to fill based on a points calculation (view, clicks, saves) Search Parameters: County, MWA, Exclude Job Board Postings

Results: Name (organization), Job Title, Job Code Number, First Name (account owner), Last Name (account owner), , Phone, County, City, State, Career Category, Career Type, Education Level, Post Date, Repost Date, Days From Post Date, and Points. Use: Identify employers who may need assistance filling a position; identify postings that may need description/title revisions

Skill Supply/Demand Report
Description: Identifies the supply and demand of job seekers to job postings Search Parameters: Education Level, Experience Level, Location Preference, County, MWA, Exclude Job Board Postings, Include Job Seeker profiles who have selected not to be viewable/searchable by employers

Results: Career Category, Career Type, Job Seekers (number of), Positions (number of), Difference, Ratio Use: Indicates potential gaps in available talent and jobs available; identifies career areas where training may be required to increase the talent pool; identifies career areas where employers may need additional assistance finding candidate
