Large residual thrombus is seen at and above the level of the IVC filter after PMCT with AngioJet. Severe IVC stenosis is seen near the IVC/right atrial junction and is confirmed with IVUS imaging (inset). (B and C) IVUS guided stenting of the IVC below (B) and above (C) the IVC filter.
