Progress has been made on one item of the “to-do” list:
Secondaries recorded during tracking are now filled to the StdHep array, and a the stdhep index resulting in an energy deposition hit is stored in the DigiScintHits, but…
Filling of secondaries is done according to a hard-wired energy threshold, option to configure still needs to be written.

Investigated tools provided by TGeo package to be used with reconstruction tracking
TGeo provides simple navigation tools which can be used to:
Set the current track state (position,direction)
Determine the current node (where am I?), distance to nearest boundary in any direction (safety), step length to nearest boundary along current direction using linear extrapolation (step), and the normal vector to the next crossed surface
Make steps, starting from the current position, along the current direction, and having the specified step size
State checking methods, e.g. to check if IsEntering() new volume, IsOutside() geometry
It does not provide a full particle Transport mechanism!
