Account Rounding Is my staff asking for that other line of business? The purpose of the Account Rounding Lunch and Learn module is to not only understand the importance of account rounding your clients, but also gives provides you with examples of how to ask for the sale. It reviews the benefits to all parties where account rounding is present and also calculates the economic opportunity that exists within your book of business if you were to increase your account rounding percentage. The module goes through examples of scripts that can serve as a foundation to your sales call, and also goes through an interactive game where you listen to actual phone calls and identify the account rounding opportunities in the conversation.
