(A) Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulation of prostaglandin (PG) E2 production in endometrial (EMSCs, open bars) and endometriotic (ESCs, solid bars) stromal cells. PGE2 production was increased by adding LPS (10 ng/mL). The means and SEMs were calculated from different patients' EMSC (n = 6) and ESC (n = 7) cultures.
