Created, supported & helped promote Dom Perignon event as a catalyst for punctuating overall MH market share in acct across categories. Updating & redesigning new menu next week. Dom Perignon’s brand equity helped drive attendance from local influencers & service industry, there to witness additions of DP by-the-glass, DP bottle service packages & DP Rose 2002 Luminous. We also strategically introduced Belvedere night saber & outfitted acct with DP & Belvedere POS for every table moving forward. The acct sold 13 bottles of DP across 5 tables after selling only 1 btl in 5 previous months. Christopher Dixon 1
