3. Graduation General Information
Graduation is Friday, June 14, 2019 at 10:00am
Graduation will be held in the BHS gymnasium
Students should arrive at 9:00 the morning of June 14th and meet in the cafeteria.

4. Fees Accrued while at BHS
Any fees that a student has accrued while at BHS need to be paid prior to getting graduations tickets.
Fees can include: AP Exams, Library Book Fees, Chromebooks, Textbooks, Lunch Fees.
Mrs.Roach will have a list closer to graduation of everyone who owes and if the student is on the list fees will need to be paid before she will give over the tickets.

5. Graduation Ticket and Seating Information
Four tickets per student will be given out before graduation.
Upon having extra seats we will allow students to obtain additional tickets.
To get on the list for more than the 4 tickets you are allotted please fill out this form:

If you need special seating for elderly or handicapped family please indicate that on this form as well, even if you do not need extra seats we will need to still ensure that there are seats available.

6. Cap and Gowns
Caps and Gowns will be distributed directly after this meeting from the back of the room.
There are no additional caps and gowns purchased if you lose any piece of your cap and gown attire we will not have a replacement and you will not be permitted to walk.

7. Caps You are allowed to decorate your cap.
Caps should be decorated appropriately.
It is meant to be a celebration of achievement and what is to come next.
ALL caps will be checked to verify they are appropriate if your caps is seen as not appropriate you will not be allowed to wear the cap.

8. Students should look nice and respectable.
Graduation Dress Code
Button-Down Shirt, Tie, Dress, Blouse, Pants (no jeans) or skirt.
Students are allowed to wear heels, but remember you will be walking up and down stairs.
No flip flops!
Length of gown is mid-calf (half-way between the knee and the ankle.) Gowns should be pressed.
Caps: Flat part is parallel to the floor. Caps should not be removed during the entire ceremony.
Tassels: Wear tassel on the left side. Tassel will be moved to the right side after you receive your diploma.
Students should look nice and respectable.

9. Senior Survey Senior Survey was sent out to you via email in April.
This is VERY important.
Transcripts will not be sent to schools unless this survey is filled out.
THIS SURVEY NEEDS TO BE DONE BEFORE GRADUATION REHEARSAL.

10. Graduation Rehearsal/ Senior BBQ
June 13, 2018 at 10:00 AM SHARP. Please arrive by 9:30 at the latest!!!
Students MUST attend rehearsal to walk at graduation.
Students will meet in the Cafeteria the morning of rehearsal at 9:30am.
Following rehearsal we will have out Senior BBQ Bash outside by the field which is also mandatory to attend and FUN! There will be tons of food and games and we will celebrate!
