Battelle Ultrasonic Liquid Level Monitor

Process and Measurement Technology Battelle Ultrasonic Liquid Level Monitor Demonstration Battelle 2 This demonstration illustrates the Corner Reflection approach to tank level measurement via ultrasound. The displays that follow contain plots derived from data collected while emptying a tank of water. Two ultrasound sensors were used to generate the liquid level data. Both sensors were mounted to the lower outside of the tank, one at a 60° angle from the horizontal, the other at a 45° angle.
