Notify Read scenario Record response Submit Manager review Video coaching allows participants to view recorded responses to video scenarios presented within a Qstream challenge. This can help participants practice how they would respond in “real-life” on-the-job situations and helps managers understand how new knowledge and skills can be applied in field. These observations, when presented alongside knowledge and skills insights from Qstream’s adaptive reinforcement algorithm, and CRM-sourced performance and productivity data, deliver a rich picture of an employee’s capabilities that is contextual.
