Utility Factors
Fleet utility factor
This can reflect the electricity consumption of charge depleting mode in a specific fleet for OVC-HEVs.
Individual utility factor
This can reflect the usability of charge depleting mode for a set of vehicles.
The choice of UFs depends on CPs’ policies.
Suggestion:
・Referring standard development method (SAE J2841) of UFs
・Putting available UFs (the US, EU and Japan)
in the GTR as the information for CPs who have no UFs yet.
