NOT MANY PEOPLE LIVE IN TUNDRA.
The word tundra comes from a finish word tunturi which means treeless plain or Barron land .

Polar bears and other animals that live in tundra love the cold and hate the warmth .

ABOUT 4 MILLION PEOPLE LIVE IN THE ARTIC AREAS.BECAUSE OF THE LOW TEMPEATURES ALL PLANTS AND ANIMALS IN THE TUNDRA ARE WELL ADAPTED TO THE COLD .some times people die because it is to cold for them but not many people .Barron tundra lands are home to hardly flora and fauna and are one of the earths coldest harshest biomes. Tundra ecosystems are treeless regions found in the artic and on tops of mountains were the climate is cold and windy and rainful
is scant.
