2. BACKGROUNDS AND OBJECTIVES
Top business event in the aviation industry, which is attended by more than 1,200 delegates from more than 300 Airports and 50 Tourism Authorities.
Exhibiting at Routes Europe brings Prague Airport an opportunity to display PA brand in front of key decision makers, top aviation professionals and also PA‘s main competitors.
The exhibition stand design will contain:
the current B2B campaign
„PRAGUE LOVES YOU“ graphic logo
As it is focused on the destination: Prague – Czech Republic, we are going to use photos and videos (on screen).

3. BACKGROUNDS AND OBJECTIVES
Functionality:
Meetings at our exhibition stand with new and existing clients while they enjoy our hospitality and a flavor of our destination.
In the past years Prague Airport stands always belonged to the most attractive ones.
This year we have space of 5x5 m2, HNS15
The important part of the tender is not only the construction of the stand but also its maintenance and cleaning during the whole period of the exhibition.

4. B2B CAMPAIGN AND PARTNERS' LOGOS
The B2B campaign is planned to be shown on LDD wall (LED screen)
We would like to use our logo (Prague Airport) and integrate „Prague Loves You“ logo into our stand (shape Prague Loves You can be modified).
We would also like to integrate logos of our partners

7. AREAS WITHIN THE STAND - detail
BAR DESK
It is the main point of the stand. There should be a sink and a large rubbish place which should be hidden as we plan to serve food and drinks. The bar must have two levels/sections, the front bar counter and the working space as we would like to our guests to avoid seeing behind the counter (untidy space). There also should be a sink with hot/cold water and a fridge, sockets, etc. As a part of the bar desk there should be a lockable cabinet for personal items and enough sockets for charging (phones, notebooks, tablets – there will be group of 6 people …)
Bar should also contain bar chairs for 4-6 people and one bar chair behind the bar
BEER POINT & OTHER DRINKS We would like to serve traditional Czech beer.
DRAFT BEER - we would like to have kegs (8 pieces of 50 l kegs) in the storage one tapping device should be on the bar desk. It means, that we need the preparation of the beer pipe to be drawn from the storage to the bar desk / or under the bar desk.
Also we would like our clients to prepare their beer alone (The Pub model). The self drawning pipe could be situated in the bar (in front) or separated (eg. design of beer barrel). The self drawning system will be delivered separately and is not included in this offer.
We would also like to offer high quality coffee and chilled water or wine. Therefore a coffee maker and a fridge will be included in the stand.
SITTING AREA
Business meetings will take place in the Airline Meeting Hall (not in the stand)
Still there should be a pleace where we can provide comfort for our clients who enters our stand for occasional meetings – eg. small sofa, small conference table etc.

8. AREAS WITHIN THE STAND – in detail
STORAGE AREA AND PREPARATION
We are looking for a clever solution for storage inside within the stand. In a perfect scenerio incorporated.
FLOORING
We would prefer a combination of a carpet (nice and soft to step on) and plastic floor wgich is easy to maintain as it is planned to be around the bar.
Because of self drawing beer the pipes from self point must be in the floor => floor should be min. 10cm high. The pipes and self drawing system will be delivered separately and is not included in this tender.
AUDIO & VIDEO
We consider using a big LDD wall (LED screen) as interesting part of our stand (B2B campaign & Prague‘s destination video & Airport video in loop). The screen wall should be without borders/frames around/between the individual screens. We also require the audio built-in speakers connected to a laptop + two microphones
BRANDING
It should be well visible from each side and must be designed according to the current corporate identity manual (Prague Airport logo as the main one + CzechTourism logo, PragueCityTourism logo and Central Bohemia Tourist Board logo). B2B Campaign is planned to appear on the screen.
PLANTS
We can refresh our stand using plants.
COLOURS
A light colour of the stand could be combined with our main corporate colours: blue, red, white (in accordance with our corporate identity manual).
