14 Summary of 2016 – 2017 Outcomes 427 programs in 45 states, Canada, England, Ireland, Netherlands, Scotland, and Wales. 93% of sites entered data 80% of all graduates employed 70.2% employed over 16 hours/week 35% employed by the host site, 65% employed elsewhere in the community Average hourly wage was $9.98 Average hours worked were 26.3/week 12% of employed graduates working full-time (40 hours/week)
