(C) Mutants defective in Golgi transport or endocytic sorting are hypersensitive to SDS. (D) Slt2 is hyperphosphorylated in vps13 cells following SDS stress. Overnight yeast cultures were shifted to fresh YPD or YPD+0.03% SDS and incubated for 3 h. Western blot was performed and analysed by densitometry.
