LEP Coordinators on Monitoring Team are added to schedule.

5. Title III monitoring timeline
Later on…
Title I Lead Consultant sends master schedule to ESL/Title III consultants (usually a four-day schedule).
Title III typically monitors on the first two days of the visit.
Evidence review and central office interviews typically happen on the first day.
School visits, observations, and teacher interviews typically happen on the second day.

6. Title III monitoring What happens after the visit:
ESL/Title III Consultant submits Monitoring Report to Lead Title I Consultant
Lead Title I Consultant compiles complete report and submits it to the LEA
LEA sends its response to the Lead Title I Consultant
