Safety in Design Buckling Restrained Brace Frame system to resist lateral loads provides excellent stiffness with ductility and energy absorption. Critical near major seismic faults. Parapets provided in lieu of tie-off system to increase safety for working on the roof. Safety hooks on all sloped roofs to allow for easy tie-back for workers. Electronic hardware for doors which monitors radiation, access, and people count for operation and/or evacuation. Slip-resistant surfaces for balconies and terraces. Design in-line with project ISM criteria.
