Recommandations du CCU:
«As the demolition is not warranted by poor building condition, as the replacement project on 2 floors will favour better integration of the building into its neighbourhood and streetscape, and as the cost of restoration is not decisive in this demolition file, the Committee is favourable to the demolition of the roof and parts of the wall of the existing category III building on the condition of the favourable recommendation of the replacement program.» (CCU, 2 octobre, 2018)
