“The class is designed so that students are able to interact with one another so that they do not feel as though they are working solely in isolation. We develop bonds in here. As well, I am not just sitting at my desk and making sure they are on task. I try very hard to be aware of what they are doing and how I can help. I have tried to truly develop that collegial atmosphere for them.”
