The donation process includes working with the school to install and configure the software, and then provide instruction to the professors so they can learn the software and incorporate it into their logistics and supply chain courses. The goal is to give students hands-on experience using logistics software for real-world operations typically performed at logistics companies and freight forwarders. By donating our software, we give back to the community, especially our local community near our headquarters in Miami. Local companies can benefit from a relationship between schools and Magaya because they know that a skilled pool of potential employees is available. We believe in the value of helping prepare the next generation for the supply chain industry.
