Planting for a Greater Harvest
“Go make disciples of all “ethnae” (nations)…” Matthew 28:19
2
What is a DAWN Vision? DAWN is an acronym for “Discipling a Whole Nation.” DAWN is a tested, cooperative mission strategy in many nations through out the world. DAWN vision seeks to provide a “disciple-making community” for every 1000 people. DAWN enables the whole Body of Christ - denominations, lay people, missions and schools - to work together as One!
3
Ultimate Purpose of DAWN
that “the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea (Habakkuk 2:14).” to see “a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and in front of the Lamb” (Revelation 7:9)
4
Is Discipling a Whole Nation in Fact Possible?
Yes! By clear and persistent faith in God’s ultimate purpose and grace! Yes! As the Body is unified for God’s glory around His redemptive purpose to save the lost. Yes! As the Body agrees on the strategic goal of planting churches. Yes, as the Body cooperates in prayer and training workers for the Harvest.

Mission Leaders say…. “There is only one way the Great Commission can be fulfilled, and that is by establishing gospel-preaching congregations in every community on the face of the earth.” David Womack “The church’s evangelistic task demands that every barrio, apartment building, and neighborhood have a church faithful to God’s word established in it.” Roger Greenway These are additional quotes regarding a vision for saturation church planting. There are many things that need to be done to reach the world for Christ, but none of them are more strategic that saturation church planting. You cannot disciple the peoples of the nations of the world when individuals and whole people groups remain beyond reach of Christ through His people. 9
