I am working on Customs Division,
department shared competition like deputy of head.
In our organization I am responsible for receaving measures for right holders, communications with right holders, comment national legislation and coopertion with others national bodies

Customs Administration ensure enforcement property rights in connection with import and export goods from third countries under EU legislation and national legislation.
In 2009 Slovak Republic adopted legislation amendment in the field enforcement property rights. Since of the 1th December 2009 Customs Administration is able to detain or seizure suspicious goods at the internal market.
