3. Eurojust in a nutshell WHAT ? WHO ?
To ensure better coordination and cooperation between judicial and law enforcement authorities in the Member States in the fight against serious organised cross-border crime and terrorism Eurojust is managed by the College of Eurojust, which is composed of 28 National Members, and supported by National Desks and an Administration. The College elects its President and Vice-Presidents.

Eurojust is the EU Judicial Cooperation Unit, established in 2002, to stimulate and improve the coordination of investigations and prosecutions and the cooperation between competent authorities in the Member States in relation to serious organised cross-border crime. 3
