Accepted the challenge to become a certified EXCEL BY 5 “child-friendly” community
Supports parents and children by connecting them with the available resources and services they need to lead healthy, strong lives.

4. McComb EXCEL BY 5 Coalition formed in August 2011
Developing a Community Action Plan that provides events and services for McComb area families and early childhood educators.
