FIG. 1 Proliferation assays were performed on lymphocyte lines derived from limiting dilution wells. Both patients had drug eruptions caused by TMP/SMX. All wells contained cultured lymphocytes in addition to the antigen-presenting cells and antigens, as designated in the first column.
