Number of organic farms with livestock and number of animals
They were please with the statistic from the Danish Plant Directorate on the number of farms with livestock and the information from the accounts statistics on organic farming.
Demands on more detail data about cows kept for suckling and the number of males and females at the farms.
But there were some doubt about the data about the number of animals and the production of animals from The Danish Plant Directorate.

The Farm Structure Survey was match with a list of all the authorised organic farms.
Data was compared with the data from the statistics from The Danish Plant Directorate.
The number of farms and animals is higher in the new survey.
Have to be investigated more!

Data on the number and quantity of slaughtering cattle can be done.
Data on the number and quantity of slaughtering of pigs, sheep and poultry is no possible. But the size of this production is very small.
