Implementation of the results-based monitoring and evaluation of the Strategic Road Maps was assigned to The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication by The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev.

2. System components
The Results based Monitoring & Evaluation system for the Road maps consist of the following six components:
• Road map indicator framework
• Quarterly assessments and reports
• Annual assessments and reports
• tailored reports
• a dashboard
• reports on institutional performance

Based on an update of Key Performance Indicators as well as a broader analysis of changes over the past year in the Roadmap.
Component 4:Institutional performance
Based on the data from the quarterly assessment of actions, an aggregated, possible weighted performance scorecard will be calculated for each responsible institution.
Component 5:Dashboards
Aggregated data on actions, KPIs and investment so far will be depicted using a dashboard.
