Procurement mapping requires decentralized organization for each supply chain;
Each supply chain is piloted by one hospital in the UniHA network. It handles the purchasing process for all the members adhering to the procedure;
A purchasing team is formed for each chain:
A coordinator
A buyer,
A purchasing assistant,
Experts are associated in selecting products and services,
Contracts are executed directly by each establishment (order and payment);
