6 Who we are We develop, plan and pay for health services for the 228,567 local people across North East Hampshire and Farnham. We work with patients, public, voluntary, statutory and private sector partners. Annual budget of £312.2m = £1,369 per person Working across larger systems: The Frimley Health and Care Integrated Care System (ICS) The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Partnership of CCGs

8 Our vision Our vision is that local people are supported to improve their own health and wellbeing and when people are ill or need help, they receive the best possible joined-up care.

Working together with a wide range of stakeholders including patients, carers and our local voluntary sector colleagues Be part of communities helping us to shape our engagement activity. Help co-design between local people, clinicians and our workforce to plan and develop local services

15 The long-term plan NHS Long Term Plan published in January 2019
Local systems are required to develop their own long term plans to meet the needs of their populations. We’re working with Healthwatch to find out what is important to people across the Frimley Health and Care Integrated Care System (ICS). A survey is currently underway – closes this Friday, June 14th (details in your packs). Healthwatch are also meeting with local groups across the Integrated Care System. Survey available online, in downloadable format and in easy-read format.
