We develop, plan and pay for health services for the 228,567 local people across North East Hampshire and Farnham.
We work with patients, public, voluntary, statutory and private sector partners.

15. The long-term plan NHS Long Term Plan published in January 2019
Local systems are required to develop their own long term plans to meet the needs of their populations.
We’re working with Healthwatch to find out what is important to people across the Frimley Health and Care Integrated Care System (ICS).
A survey is currently underway – closes this Friday, June 14th (details in your packs). Healthwatch are also meeting with local groups across the Integrated Care System.
