NOTE: To read the RMPV ranges, check the left and right end of the bars against the scale at the top of each chart. The maximum Recommended Monthly Page Volume is also shown before each device list. K=1,000 pages. (Please disregard the “Value” number that is displayed in a mouse-over pop-up window in Normal view in PowerPoint.)
TO EDIT THE CHARTS:
Select the chart and right-click.
Click edit data.
Add, delete or modify the data using the Excel pop-up window or click the Excel icon in the pop-up to open full Microsoft Excel.
