Thought the oversoul (aka “umbrella soul”) encompassed and connected the souls of all of us (people, animals, nature, and God) Believed people should strive to hear the inner voice that is God

3 Nature of the Universe Believed the universe could be
understood through intuition over reason.

4 Man’s Nature Reasoned that man is a part of
nature and takes part of the divinity; therefore, man must be good.

5 Humanity’s Duty Thought people's goal should be to
develop the divinity within one's self.

6 Stated there was no evil, but rather we have a misconception of it.
