CONTINUING THE MISSION
One Objective: Accelerate the adoption of 3D printing technologies! With Three Pillars: America Makes will continue in its mission – its singular objective – to advance and accelerate the adoption of 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing Technologies in the United States. This is the mission we were founded on in 2012 and it’s the mission we have been addressing since. This mission has three core pillars – advancing an developing the technology – through project calls and roadmapping the – accelerating the workforce and the human capital-- developing a capable workforce capable in the skills needed to succeed in this technology– and creating and maintianing a collaborative ecosystem – providing members with a neutral ground and safe place to innovate and collaborate and move the technology forward.
