Provide efficient temperature control – replace ventilating systems, equipment, and controls
ADA improvements to bring CCC up to building code: install small elevator at back entrance, an exterior ramp to landing, re-grade walkway at front, make accessible doorways, exits, sinks, counters, fire alarms, exit signs, etc.

Electrical upgrades – replace 1971 switchgear and panels; replace fire alarm system; upgrade hallway lighting
Common area improvements – replace florring in hallways and stairways; install acoustical ceiling tiles in hallways
