Project Components Provide efficient temperature control – replace ventilating systems, equipment, and controls ADA improvements to bring CCC up to building code: install small elevator at back entrance, an exterior ramp to landing, re-grade walkway at front, make accessible doorways, exits, sinks, counters, fire alarms, exit signs, etc.

Electrical upgrades – replace 1971 switchgear and panels; replace fire alarm system; upgrade hallway lighting Common area improvements – replace florring in hallways and stairways; install acoustical ceiling tiles in hallways

In closing…… There are no further major infrastructure improvements anticipated after this project This is the last major project that we can foresee for the next 20 years!
