(B) qRT-PCR analysis of both androgen receptor (AR) and estrogen receptor (ERα) mRNA in brains from control and d-Asp-treated frogs. The mRNA levels are expressed relative to the control group and are normalised to the ribosomal protein P1 mRNA levels.
