3. Splash Screen
After installation of application please give permission rights to proceed further. This will help application to use mobile device’s capabilities to run the application.

4. Choose Language
Screen will appear for the first time only where one can select the specific language.
Language can also be changed later through option setting.
States are requested to share the labels in local language, also the content of user manual etc

5. User Registration
User has to register first from MGNREGA portal(nrega.nic.in) to obtain username and password for login of NregaSoft Mobile Monitoring System.
User credentials will be sent to registered mobile number over SMS

6. Login Screen Log in with valid credentials.
Use Gram Panchayat Code as User ID and.
Toggle Password Visibility is set in order to view password entered.
View Password

7. First Time Login
Screen may be non responsive for sometime till all the relevant data are synchronized and downloaded.
Proceed button will be enabled once all necessary data gets downloaded

8. Home Screen
Inside Data Entry one can create Demand allocation and/or Mark Workers Attendance*
One can upload data to server when ever device is in network
On subsequent logins, data downloaded may not be required

9. Home Screen (Sub Screen)
Swipe from left to right to explore more or one can also click the icon located at top- left of home screen to get the same menu.
Help module provides, user manual or guidelines for the application related query.

10. Sliding Panel Swipe from left to right to explore more.
You can tap (located at top-left of home screen) also to get the same.

11. Download Master Files
Inside download master one can download data manually if need be
Likewise Work Allocation and new eMRs could be downloaded

12. Data Entry Disabled as of now
In this screen one can demand for a single or multiple workers*
one can do the same for allocation*
Can mark workers attendance
*- Disabled as of now
Disabled as of now

13. Muster Roll Attendance
Attendance can be marked for a current date or week from current date .
Attendance can’t be marked if device date time has any mismatch.
Attendance can be marked with or without image.
Muster roll closer can only be done on closer date of muster roll
Both paper eMR and Mobile MR would exist for some time

14. Upload Document Document can be uploaded through upload document Tab.
Document type to upload can be selected from drop down and then enter the document number after that select the document from phone gallery by clicking the given camera image button on screen.

15. Attendance Report
One can check attendance report of current date only.

16. Log Out Screen
In Home screen one can find logout button inside left drawer.
The option is available on each screen on the Top-Right position(Excluding Home screen or setting screens).
