2 Overview VA SCO’s are in the Office of the Registrar
Three full-time SCO’s and Associate Registrar 1108 VA students/dependents and 35,000 total enrollment Each SCO has about 360 students (divided by alphabet) Partner with Military and Veteran Services Center (VSOC) Partner with Bursar

5 Types of Reports Most Used MISC Enrolled Enrolled with Course Detail
Enrolled eCore Balances Deletion for Non-Payment Withdrawal Dismissal Probation Non-Attendance Graduation Holds Petition to Graduate Undeclared Majors Students by VA Code and Term Audit Students

6 Enrolled Report Reports are run midway through early registration, at the end of early registration, and after add/drop -separated by student type, then alpha -discuss PN, PD, RV, RD -mention notes section, classes not allowed. Student asked not to be cert. -RV, notes for chapter type and voc rehab counselor

7 Enrolled with Course Detail Report
Reports are run: After add/drop Monthly throughout each semester for class schedule changes Anticipation for upcoming Colmery Act changes

8 -highlighted classes are likely to be in different location
-use activity date for classes changes 15 week to 7-week, compare against withdrawals

9 Enrolled eCore Report Report is run after 8-week II add/drop
-sorted by student type

10 Balances Report Reports are run: before add/drop after add/drop
before deletions for non- payment -sorted by student type -only need to look at PN and PD -checking to make sure post-911 have been put on contract by bursar and truly have a balance -$200 or more students deleted

11 Deletion Report Reports are run after students are deleted for non-payment; before add/drop after add/drop after second session add/drop -students that have been deleted, make sure accurate. May need to administratively reinstate

12 Withdrawal Report Reports are run weekly during each semester

13 Dismissal Report Report is run at the end of each semester after grades are official and after end of term Academic Standing Appeals Committee meeting.

14 Probation Report Report is run at the end of each semester after grades are official and after end of term Academic Standing Appeals Committee meeting.

15 Non-Attendance Report
Report is run at the end of each semester

16 Graduation Report Report is run after degrees have been awarded
