nations pay the costs of the call

11. LISTENING
connection breakdowns (minimized by scheduling the test at 7 am)
positive students’ feedback regarding the mechanics of the test

12. WRITING a 90 minute program
initial concerns about the essay (550 words in 25 minutes)
