Promote and ensure that the National Family Planning program is based on rights.
Strengthen the implementation of the integrated approach for family planning programming at the sub-national level.
Ensure Universal Health Coverage by 2019, including the provision of family planning services and contraceptives.

Increase the number of additional family planning users.
Ensure the availability, quality, and supply chain management of contraceptive commodities.
