In the Ptp4E Ptp10D background (D), expression of Rho1-DN (E) or Rac1-DN (not shown) produced complete suppression of the TC/LT diameter phenotype, and partial suppression of the GB cyst number phenotype. Cdc42-DN (F) and Rho1 dsRNA (not shown) produced partial suppression of the TC/LT phenotype, but did not affect GB cyst number. In all panels, arrowheads indicate the positions of TC/LT junctions.
