3 SOME THINGS TO REMEMBER
Receptacle and switch locations for dwelling units are found in and minimum branch circuits for Dwelling units are found in (C). All dwelling units must have a minimum rating of 100 A regardless of the calculated load. Single Family Dwelling Load determinations are made based on Article 220 Sometimes loads are listed in amperes and volts and you will need to convert them to Watts or Vas by using Ohms Law. P=I x E Sometimes loads will be listed as Motors with only a voltage and HP. You will need to determine the Ampere rating first using the Tables in and Then you will need to use ohms law to determine the VA. SOME THINGS TO REMEMBER Copyright 2008 Ted "Smitty" Smith
