Can we induce resistance to malaria now for future generations?
A major killer in the world today is malaria. With global warming on the rise the species of mosquito that can contract and carry the disease might be making its way across the oceans and onto the western shores. With only a few natural resistances to combat it that are usually found in countries where the disease is rife we could be in serious trouble….
2
our aims and objectives
1/. To research natural resistances and list where they are commonly found. 2/. To find out if there is any way of mutating either parasite or the vector 3/. To see how close we are developing a vaccine to malaria 4/. To see if we have any defences to malaria
3
