BIOGRAPHY Erin Lortie is an Associate Director of Account Engagement on DRG’s Customer Experience team. Based in Chicago, IL, Erin works with our global accounts to set strategic direction for customers’ use of the solutions licensed through DRG and acts as the liaison between our thought leaders and valued customers. Erin has worn several hats since she started at DRG in 2014, and is uniquely positioned to bring together the various DRG teams to answer her customers’ business questions. She is proud to be a trusted advisor with her clients, inspired by the impact DRG solutions have on the life sciences industry, and motivated by the partnerships she has developed with her customers and colleagues.
