B: Expression of COX-2 mRNA was quantified by a real-time RT-PCR method (n = 4). Results are expressed as values relative to 5.6 mmol/l glucose as 100% (mean ± SE). *P < 0.05 vs. cells incubated with 5.6 mmol/l glucose; #P < 0.05 vs. cells incubated with 30 mmol/l glucose.
