2. Introduction
Though the heavens and earth wax old and perish, God remains the same (Psalm 102:23-28).
With the Father of lights, there is no variation or shifting shadow (James 1:17-18).
His plans were formed long ago, with perfect faithfulness (Isaiah 25:1-5).
His purpose will be established (Isaiah 46:8-11).

3. God Does Not Change
His blessings are certain (Numbers 23:18-24; John 14:1-3; Titus 1:1-4).
His judgments are sure (1 Samuel 15:22-31; Jeremiah 4:27-30; 2 Peter 3:3-13).
His word is settled (Psalm 119:89-96; Isaiah 40:3-8; 1 Peter 1:22-25).
His purpose is fixed (Hebrews 6:13-20; 7:11-22; Psalm 110:1-7).

4. Conclusion
Are you prepared to stand before God in judgment (Malachi 3:1-7)?
Have you obeyed his word (John 12:44-50)?
Is your heart thus strengthened with grace (Hebrews 13:7-9)?
