Aim: Conservative treatment fails Determine the effect of injection Material and Method: Three years of time (January 2015 – January 2018) 89 patient with coccydynia Conservative manegement fails in 28 (31,4%) cases Fluoroscopy guided trans-sacro-coccygeal ganglion impar block Triamsinolon asestat + bupivacain Visaul Analog Scale (VAS) 6 moths follow-up VAS 5 points or more reduction = Succesfull outcome

Results Gender: 23 (82,1%) female Age: 32.9 ± 7.2 (Range: 18-49)

Conclusion Ganglion impar block in chronic coccydynia Effective
Significantly effective in early onset but its effect decreses in 6 months follow up
