(A) 1 hour post-intravenous labelled cell infusion showed a systemic distribution of the cells with an important homing and retention in the lungs that faded after 5 hours. (B) EB administration of labelled cells in the naive sheep showed retention in the compartment in which they were delivered with some of them remaining in the lower airway, and no differences after 5 hours were found.
