Since its inception, the KGHPS has:
Created an effective infrastructure comprised of a well represented Working Group and governance model
Established a standardized FE funding application process
Implemented a standardized process to evaluate proposals against criteria aligned with Doctors of BC and BC Health Quality Council
Developed administrative guidelines to ensure consistency and transparency in the work they undertake
Launched a communication strategy with quarterly KGHPS Newsletters, an e-bulletin board and a soon to go-live website
Engaged members, sponsoring 22 Departmental / Divisional retreats YTD November 30th

Informed with input emerging from Departmental Retreats, the strategic goals of the KGHPS are to:
