This study focuses on the development of an efficient two-stage approach of global sensitivity analysis and uncertainty quantification for output performance of a complex chemical process with large number of uncertainties. The proposed approach provides an effective solution of challenging issues in computational efforts for global sensitivity analysis and uncertainty quantification of complex chemical processes.
