No new build prior to Smithy Croft
Strategy identified the need for growth in the west of the borough.
No affordable mixed tenure ECH (contrasts with 75% owner occupation in the borough). Strategy is to increase sales options in ECH to meet this need as well as free up family houses.
The Heald Green site was a great opportunity and a YHG HCA bid to HCA was supported.
