Phylogenetic analysis of AquK2P.
Phylogenetic analysis of AquK2P. An unrooted tree comparing AquK2P to human (h) K2P channels. The evolutionary history was inferred using the maximum likelihood method (Jones et al., 1992). The tree with the highest log likelihood (– ) is shown. The tree is drawn to scale, with branch lengths measured in the number of substitutions per site. Scale bar indicates the number of amino acid substitutions per site. Branch numbers represent bootstrap values of 100 replicates. The analysis involved 15 amino acid sequences and a total of 213 positions in the final data set. Gregory D. Wells et al. J Exp Biol 2012;215: © 2012.
