Remanufactured paint Remanufactured paint costs roughly the same as ordinary paint of similar quality, but discounts could be available through participation in a paint recycling scheme. In one case study (Debenhams) the estimated cost savings were around 22-24% which includes the purchase of paint and removal of unused paint. Paint360

Metrics Before practical completion i.e. production and construction phases Materials metrics Target Material intensity (kg/m2) - for structure, shell and space layers as a minimum Recycled content (%) (% by value) for minerals, metals, glass, plastics 20 Reused content (%) (% by value) for all materials Other resources metrics Target Embodied energy from non-renewables (kWh and J/m2 (GIA and NIA)) Energy used on site from non-renewables (kWh and J/m2 (GIA and NIA)) After practical completion i.e. operation phase, end of life and beyond Materials metric Repair and replacement quantities (kg) for all materials - Future Bill of Materials
